Hi,
i saw Nicole to help with my extremely pain pelvic girdle pain which has been affecting my during my third trimester of pregnancy. I have been wearing compressing pants and still i had no relief from this pain. Nicole gave me an exercise to complete daily (which has helped with strength as well as the pain) and also after the massage i left feeling so relaxed and free of pain for the first time in weeks!. The pain subsided from an extreme pain to a dull ache and some days are worse than others but i walked away so happy with the treatment and will be re-booking again for hopefully this week :) Thank you again!

Nicole, you have magic fingers, even though they also double as GPS's for those problem spots I'm not aware of until you touch them, hahaha. Love coming to Body Techniques, and would come more if I could. I'll see about making my next appointment in the New Year, I'm really hoping for one in January, but I'll see how my budget goes.
