Nicole and Tomas can help you get your fitness back, have you feeling great and fitting into your slim clothes.

We offer 4 training sessions per week, Monday and Wednesday at 6.30pm, Running Training on Thursday at 7pm, and Saturday morning at 6.30am.

We are about to start our 15th Weightloss and Fitness challenge. This challenge will begin in September, getting you Summer Ready.

Our first challenge of the year!  We had some wonderful people join us this new, some new and some you have been with us for quite a few challenges.

Our last Awards celebrations for 2015. Once again some wonderful results.  Watching our challengers transform over 8 weeks brings us a lot of pleasure.  It isn't only physically that they change - we see changes in attitude, friendships made, a joie de vie that had been missing from them.  

We say "Thank you" for all of your efforts, whether this be your first challenge or your 10th, we've love having you on board!  Enjoy your results!

We are quite the regulars now at the Prince Alfred Hotel.  We all love the chance to dress up and enjoy good food, good company and lots of laugh as we play some games and announce our challenge winners, and they never get boring with the antics of the challengers who have spent the last 8 weeks training, laughing, and encouraging each other.

An opportunity to ditch the Lycra, frock up and join the rest of the team to find out who has won our last challenge with a fun filled evening to celebrate all the achievements over the 8 weeks of the challenge.  Once again we enjoyed a delightful night presenting awards at the Prince Alfred Hotel in Booval.

Our 6th Challenge ended with a fantastic Awards Night held at the Prince Alfred Hotel in Booval.  What a fabulous night it was!

 

All of our participants are winners for challenging themselves and committing to succeed!  We presented a range of awards in different categories to the participants to made the greatest change during the challenge - it's not about challenging each other, it is challenging yourself and becoming a better you.  So without further ado, awards were presented as follows:
